It's probably just a cold, not swine flu
"Tests at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia suggest that large numbers of people who got sick this fall actually fell victim to a sudden, unusually severe - and continuing - [wait for it] common cold," reports the Philadelphia Inquirer. But with few hospitals actually testing for it many cases of the common cold are simply being reported as swine flu. But don't worry, for those of you who love to be scared of the boogey bug, doctors are now warning that rhinovirus (what causes the common cold) is actually getting worse. So have no fear a new epidemic is on the way complete with mass hysteria, public service announcements, injections, trumped up numbers, and of course very little actual facts.

I heard a doctor say that the pigflu appear differently in every person -- so now it doesn't even matter what your symptoms are, the docs will diagnose the same. People are getting a bit out of hand with this. It does seem people have forgotten the seasonal flu and cold and bronchitis and such still exist.
